  2. Windows Graphic View (WGV) is a Windows 3.0 / 3.1 program for
  3. displaying, converting, and manipulating both GIF and BMP
  4. (Bitmap) graphic formats.
  5.  
  6. This version (1.5) adds support for the Clipboard function. You
  7. can now load an image (GIF or BMP) and copy it to the Clipboard.
  8. Next modify the image with Paintbrush program (comes with
  9. Windows). Finally, send it back through the Clipboard, and save
  10. the modified (Surrealistic) image as a new GIF or BMP.

  12. Color rendition is excellent. Display supports Pure Color and 5
  13. kinds of Dither Color. Images can be Enlargement or Compression.
  14. Slide Show feature for continuous view of files. Etc. etc. etc.

  16. WGV is a Shareware product of Bob Jack Software, and is only
